The Family by Family UK pilot in Stoke-on-Trent ran from March 2021 until November 2022 and was the first direct delivery programme run by Shared Lives Plus.
Family by Family is a pioneering model of family peer support where two families work together to achieve their goals and move towards thriving lives, supported by a coach.
The model was developed by TACSI (The Australian Centre for Social Innovation).
