Lynette Barlow, our Director of Finance will be moving on from her role at the end of June – however we are very grateful and lucky that she will continue to support Shared Lives Plus and the Finance team in an advisory capacity going forward.
Lynette has worked with Shared Lives Plus for over five years and during this time there has been lots of positive change; although a small organisation, we have further raised our profile and the Shared Lives and Homeshare sectors have been growing.
Lynette reflects on her time with us at Shared Lives Plus, “I’ve been at Shared Lives Plus for over five years, which is unusual for me as I like change – but there has been so much change at Shared Lives Plus in that time, it feels like I’m learning so much more each year.
“We have grown and become a different organisation – more focused on what we want to achieve, and on what members want us to do for them – and with a great team culture.
I’ll miss Shared Lives Plus – but things have changed for me, and I have new priorities – I wish Shared Lives Plus and all the team the very best for the future; and I’ll still be supporting with advice and help if they need me.”
