Following a £1.75m investment from NHS England, Shared Lives Plus recently announced the areas that will be taking forward an exciting new project to scale up the Shared Lives model of care in Health.

The areas will develop CCG led Shared Lives schemes, working in partnership with other key organisations to offer Shared Lives as an NHS supported option.

The  areas that have been chosen to take this forward are:

  • Bolton
  • Barnsley
  • South Tees
  • Southern Derbyshire
  • Portsmouth

The areas were announced at a high profile reception at the House of Commons, attended by a number of MPs and key figures from the health and social care sectors. You can see more about the event here and read a detailed briefing on the project here.
