Our online induction introduces them to Shared Lives Plus, explains the support available through your membership and shows them how to access the resources, guidance and service they’ll use in their role.

Our professional development and learning sessions are designed to help scheme staff keep their knowledge up to date and explore current issues affecting Shared Lives across all UK nations.
Sessions can be used as evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) – or Continuous Professional Learning (CPL) – and offer flexible, practical ways for schemes and their staff to learn, reflect, and improve.
