The 2025 Impact Award – Nominations

This award is for Shared Lives schemes and Homeshare organisations.

It recognises the schemes and organisations that make a difference in the work they do to support people.

This might include:

• How the scheme/organisation has made a difference to individuals or the wider community
• New approaches, partnerships, or projects that led to positive change
• Ways the organisation has gone above and beyond to support people or carers
• Examples of leadership, innovation, or co-production

You can nominate:

• Yourself/your household
• Someone else
• Or your organisation

All nominations must be supported by another person from your Shared Lives scheme or Homeshare organisation – either a Shared Lives carer or scheme worker, a householder/homesharer or Homeshare worker.

Nominations for all awards must be received by September 5th.

Award winners will be announced during the 2025 Shared Lives Plus AGM – we will contact winners in advance.
