Shared Lives and Homeshare, two models which bring carefully recruited and matched people together to help each other.

The five year project will enable us to continue to grow Shared Lives and Homeshare, bringing them to the areas of the UK which have least coverage, enabling people from new groups and overlooked communities to use them, and increasing the sustainability, consistency and safety of local organisations.

15,000 people will achieve better health, wellbeing and social outcomes. Shared Lives Plus itself will become more impactful and sustainable, restructured around our changing model of practice, working strategically with more local areas and national partners, and building a more diverse set of income streams.
