Welcoming new trustees to our board

Lorraine Mighty, an organisational development consultant, learning facilitator and leadership coach brings over 25 years of people development and strategic change management experience to the board.

I’m a big advocate of coproduction and I’m looking forward to working collaboratively with our ambassadors and carer champions, colleagues on the board, and the executive team – to support the organisation in growing its invaluable contribution to community cohesion and wellbeing.”

Emma Williams is the CEO of Avalon Group as well as a Chartered Accountant and a Trustee and Treasurer for The Advonet Group. She is passionate about Shared Lives as a genuinely person-centred solution in increasingly challenging times.

Most recently, Andrea Sutcliffe was Chief Executive and Registrar of the Nursing and Midwifery Council, having previously been the Chief Inspector of Adult Social Care at the Care Quality Commission (CQC), and Chief Executive of the Social Care Institute for Excellence (SCIE).

“It is an absolute privilege to join the Board of Shared Lives Plus as a Trustee.  I’m looking forward to supporting the team to develop and extend Shared Lives so that more people and communities can benefit from this person-centred, holistic model of care – which I know makes such a positive difference for everyone involved.”
