If you are unhappy about the quality or level of service provided by Shared Lives Plus, we encourage you to make a complaint.

Please note: We cannot accept complaints about Shared Lives schemes, or Shared Lives carers, through this form.
If you wish to make a complaint about a Shared Lives scheme or Shared Lives carer, you should contact the relevent scheme directly, or speak to the regulatory body which covers Shared Lives schemes in the appropriate nation.
