Expected outcomes

• We will support Shared Lives carers providing resources, training and support to members.
• The Shared Lives carers will themselves support people in the community.  Supporting people with learning disabilities, mental ill health, stroke, dementia or young people leaving care.
• Improve peoples’ health and wellbeing.  People will be able to take control, live more independently due to the nurturing loving family environment of a Shared Lives household.
• Set up Homeshare in Wales- supporting older people.
