This impressive growth comes as schemes continue to offer flexible, person-led support including live-in care, short breaks, and day support.

With 490 people accessing live-in support, 317 benefiting from short breaks, and 216 receiving day support, Welsh Shared Lives schemes are demonstrating innovation and resilience in the face of financial constraints and wider social care pressures.
