Over the past few months it has been challenging, frustrating, exhausting, rewarding yet so many ways have been found by carers to provide wonderful support to the people in their families. It’s not going to get much easier as the world moves forward for us all but working together and supporting each other will help. Sharing the stories, good and bad, is so important. We carers love to talk together because we understand ‘how it is’ and this helps make the connections that support, inspire us and keep us going.
