Strategic Advice and Support Project Development Officer

Shared Lives plus are seeking a Strategic Advice and Support Project Development Officer

Salary: £32,966
Hours: 37 per week
Based: Flexible with travel across UK including the Liverpool Head Office

Shared Lives Plus is the UK network for family-based and small-scale ways of supporting adults. Our members are Shared Lives carers and workers, and Homeshare programmes.

Shared Lives is a radical form of care and support that centres on sharing home, family and community life. Its innovative approach sees Shared Lives carers share their own home and family life with an older or disabled person, as an alternative to traditional care services.

This is a new and exciting role at Shared Lives Plus which will support our growing strategic advice and support projects across the UK. This role will play a key part in coordination and delivery of high quality projects within the health and social care sectors. The successful applicant will possess exceptional project management skills and have demonstrable experience of coordinating multiple projects with competing demands across a wide geography. They will have a good understanding of social care, health and/or the voluntary sector and a passion for co-production, bringing together stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes.
Shared Lives Plus is committed to equality of opportunity for all staff. Applications from individuals are encouraged regardless of age, disability, sex, gender reassignment, sexual orientation, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief and marriage and civil partnerships.
