Vacancy - Development Officer (Older people) - Swyddog Datblygu (Pobl hŷn) – Cymru

Shared Lives plus is looking for a Welsh Development Officer to join our team

Salary Scale: £24,947 (actual) £32,966 FTE 
Accountable to:         Development Manager - Wales
Hours: 28 hours a week
Contract: March 2019
Location: Flexible with travel across Wales

 

Shared Lives Plus is the UK network for Shared Lives and Home Share. Our members work on a small scale or in their own family homes, helping older and disabled people to live good lives in a place they feel they belong. 

We are looking for a dynamic individual to support the growth, diversification and development in the sector to enable more older people and people living with dementia to use Shared Lives for the first time.  The successful applicant will support our members to maintain the quality and safety of the Shared Lives sector during a period of growth and change.  You will work with Shared Lives carers and schemes, policy makers, local and national partners and key stakeholders in the field of older people’s support, inclusion and empowerment to raise awareness of the Shared Lives model.
